How can I manage Menopause ?
The first step is to be aware of the changes. Start with a healthy diet, regular exercise program, and healthy lifestyle changes. Alternative therapies such as yoga, mindfulness meditation, acupuncture, massage, Qigong, and Tai Chi may be helpful to reduce stress levels.
Have a Gynecologic examination, evaluation, and discussion of the treatment options. The good news is that many treatments are available including nonprescription natural remedies over the counter, prescription medications and hormone therapy.
Reviewing and understanding the treatment options and choosing what is best for you is key. We are here to guide you thru this process.
